Born in Jeddah, KSA in 1987, Dr. Mohamed Abo Heikal pursued his undergraduate education
at the School of Dentistry at October 6th University located in Egypt and obtained a Bachelor’s
degree in Dental Science as part of the Class of 2009. Following this, he served as a teaching
assistant within the Department of Prosthodontics at both October 6th University and MSA
University from 2011 onwards. Continuing his academic career, he completed postgraduate
studies focused on prosthodontics from Cairo University where he was awarded a Master’s
degree (in prosthodontics) in 2015 and Doctorate Degree (also in prosthodontics) in 2020. Dr.
Heikal is presently employed at Galala University as a Lecturer in prosthodontics. He has also
been honored with fellowship status by the Global Dental Implant Academy and currently
serves as an Instructor since 2019 through present time in their Egypt branch, where he imparts
knowledge about dental implants to others.
